IN JAVA USING ONLY CONDITIONAL STATEMENTS, NO LOOPS

ASSUME WE HAVE A RANDOM NUMBER GENERATING METHOD AVAILABLE:

PART A:

How would we get the two middle letters of a four letter word to trade places upon each execution of the program.

Basically, go from HEAT to HAET

LIKE THIS: HEAT

H	E	A	T
H	A	E	T

PART B:

How do we generalize the above to words of any length, with each character after the first trading places with their adjacent until they reach the end still between two letters.

EX:   HEARN

H	E	A	R	N
H	E	R	A	N
H	R	A	E	N
H	R	E	A	N
H	A	R	E	N
H	A	E	R	N
