Uber is a company which is renowned for management problems.

The main management problem of Uber was apathy towards its driver partners. Uber lacked transparency in its communication and disclosures towards its drivers ironically called as driver partners. The management communication issue or lack of transparency started with Uber’s non- disclosure of what it collected from its riders. The next issue was that of allowing riders to tip the drivers.The drivers wanted to be tipped as it was a lucrative income source for them. Uber by not allowing tipping on its app for a long time and totally turning deaf ears towards this issue was a bad management practice

Uber did no background checks on drivers having felons and people with dubious licences work for them. It showed a culture where they were a money-making monster which cared neither for its employees or customers.
