Part One of the SWOT Analysis
The Director-General needs a SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis of your best plan to communicate quickly and effectively in all of the affected areas. A SWOT analysis, you are aware, defines the project objective and determines the advantages and disadvantages of the plan, as well as elements that might affect the plan either positively or negatively. She has asked that you send the first part of the SWOT analysis, the Proposed Communication Methodology, over right away.
For this first part of the SWOT, the Director-General wants you to address several items in a written document:
Use the bullet point questions above to create a 2-3-page communication plan on a Word document. The plan should use a clear introduction paragraph and well-developed body paragraphs to clearly propose the proper method of communicating using markup language in this scenario situation. Be sure to thoroughly analyze each of these bullet points by providing a few paragraphs of substantiated analysis for each bullet point concept.
A lingua franca is a language used to make communication between groups/people who do not share similar native language, so most of the times it will be distinct from both the parties native language.
It is also called as trade language,bridge language,link language, common language, auxiliary language, vehicular language etc
So lingua franca is just a functional term it doesn't belongs to any language strecture, it can be a mixed language or native to one of the party(colonial power).

ENGLISH, it became important for the job searcher to know the
English language to increase the chances of getting employed.
The msin objective of using lingua franca is to aid clear
communication between the parties.
WHO and manager has to use lingua
franca language inorder to have a better communication with
subordinates and peers
And when we move on to other nations it becomes necessary to use
lingua franca. The available data reveals that over 1/2 of world
language are moribund that is particular language is not being
passed to next generation.
As the main objective of training is to enhance the operational as well as the soft skills of the employees and it's possible when you have a better communication.
It makes understanding easier
between the group regardless of calture and ethical background, and
it creates a kind of confidence among the people.
