1.The solubility of oxygen on water surface decreases as temperature increases.This means that warmer surface water requires less dissolved oxygen to reach 100% air saturation than does deeper,cooler water.

2. The dissolved oxygen on water surface exponentially decreases as salt levels increases.Thats why,at same pressure and temperature saltwater holds about 20% less dissolved oxygen than freshwater.

3. Dissolved oxygen increases as pressure increases,true for both atmospheric and hydrostatic pressure.Water at lower altitude can hold more dissolved oxygen than water at high altitude.
