The main legal issue in the given case will be related to the copyright of the material produced by the individuals. As the company hired Tom for content writing and he further seeks the help of his friend in order to write the content, the final authority over the content will be of the company rather than of Tom or his friend.

As per law, if the company hires an individual for any intellectual property creation, the final output will be titled to the company rather than the creator of the content. So even Harry or Tom cannot have any claim once the content is submitted to the company
