4) What is the concept of age-related damage according to the bioengineering paradigm? (100 words)
Ageing causes accumulation of free radicals inside the cells. It
also causes the accumulation of dysfunctional or toxic proteins
inside the cells. It also causes the accumulation of silent
mutations that result in sensitization of relevant proteins to
oxidative damage as inborn predisposition to ageing and it’s
related diseases.
With the increase in the age there will be increase in the
oxidatively damaged proteins accumulated inside the cells which
will result in the morbidity and becoming prone to get diseases and
even mortality. Thus, ageing results in age-related cellular and
tissue degradation that results in the disturbance in the
homeostasis of the body, which causes malfunction, morbidity and
later death that is caused by the in born structural and functional
links.
Bioengineering is the discipline of doing repair of damaged tissues
and or organs and replacing the dysfunctional organs or tissues in
the place of damaged or non functional tissues and organs. As per
the bioengineering paradigm the damage to the tissues occurs with
the increase in the age of the persons. These damaged tissues or
organs can be repaired or replaced by using bioengineering methods
of tissue repair or transplantation and organ repair or
transplantation.

Include if you consider yourself (or plan to be) a paradigm shifter or a paradigm pioneer. In your own words, briefly discuss what the concept of the sociological imagination pertains to and describe how it is related to thinking sociologically. Apply your understanding of these concepts to some outcomes in your life.
According to the article on Ecological Unequal Exchange (Case of France), what does the concept of Ecologically Unequal Exchange imply? Poor countries exact a greater environmental toll Rich countries have the technology to minimize environmental damage Rich countries exact the most environmental damage but the damage accrues disproportionately in developing countries environmental damage though significant in the early 20th century is declining the damage to plant ecology far exceeds the damage to animal ecology According to the article on Ecological...
In the related content section you want to talk
about what the concept is related to. For example, fluid is related
to water, hydration, sodium balance, volume.
In the underlying principles what is important
to know about the concept you’ve chosen. For example, fluid is
regulated by sodium.
And lastly nursing intervention. You want to
reinforce the information collected in the related to section and
the underlying principle.
Based on the fact fluid is related to sodium balance and that...
