8. Communication barriers are those which becomes obstacles in having proper conversation and where messages are wrongly delivered. Some of these barriers are language, culture, region etc., Differences in languages , cultures and regions make it difficult in having proper conversation because people of one region or culture might think in a different manner when compared to people of other region or culture. Even differences in language makes it difficult to understand what the other person wants to convey.
21. Group think is a situation where team members try to reduce conflicts by agreeing to what others say even when they feel it is not correct. This gives rise to improper and incorrect decisions which will lead to failure of the team . Such situations can be prevented by providing opportunities to every team member to put forth their ideas so that group think can be prevented and proper decision can be made.
