For this discussion post, analyze your current diet. Is your diet high or low in carbohydrates? Is your diet rich in protein? What do you believe is an ideal diet for a healthy lifestyle? (150 words)

After the analysis of my diet chart I come to the conclusion that my regular diet is very unwholesome and unhealthy. To Ensure a diet which is healthy and also tasteful I need to change many things in my diet list. In my daily list of diet, the nutrients and food that I consume consist of sufficient quantity of carbohydrates. Still from my Dietary Reference Intake, I think that I should include it further in diet. My regular protein intake is nearly sufficient thus I think I should not increase the level of protein in my diet list rather I should increase other nutrient level in significantly. I maintain my fat intake in my regular diet to keep my weight checked.

The ideal diet ensures regular intake of 2000 calorie diet. Including vegetables in list supplies the regular fibers necessity and fruits give the necessary micro-nutrients. Protein need is, 0.8 grams/kg of body weight is needed to keep a healthy growing. Around 60 grams of fat is needed per day to keep a healthy diet.
