For improving the Public Health Informatics, being the project manager, we need to implement a communication plan for the organization. Communication is always an integral part of the organization especially in case of the healthcare industry. While making or creating a communication plan, it is important to keep the below things in mind:

1. Determining the goal: It is always important to set a goal before undergoing any plan and for the communication plan. It is important how healthcare organization can achieve their goals.
2. Implement a system using telecommunication such that the department of health care can able to communicate between each other and this will certainly help the doctors to treat the patient better.

A communication plan that is the using of mails can help the stakeholder to become a part of the communication chain and can able to communicate with other staff working in the healthcare system. Moreover, the stakeholder can able to see how the business is performing and they will have all the details of all the things happening within the organization.

Other communication medium within the communication plan used in the healthcare industry is that use of pagers as this will help to update the status to doctors or other healthcare staff to bring and notify the latest updates.
