1) I as a person pay lot of attention to my health. I am very cautious with what I eat and drink. I know consumption of alcohol and cigarette is injurious to health. However, I am addict to smoking and alcohol. As a result, there is cognitive dissonance that I am experiencing as my actions are not in line with my belief. It gives me feeling of guilt and frustration but I am not able to control my action due to addiction
