Discuss a time in your past when you were resistant to change. Why do you think you resisted?

I was about to move to a new office to establish a new team.

So I challenged the decision of the movement because I don't want to move to a new location for the work as it has a direct impact on so many things of mine within the organization

I resisted because I don't find it worthy for a change in my daily work. I don't find it much helpful in my goals and objectives and this decision can be avoided or transferred to somebody
