Women and men behaving in certain specific ways ascribed to their gender is a sterotype and thus. sexist belief and concept.It isn't necessary that all women would behave in caring and nutrition ways jus alike not all men behave in aggressive and dominnt ways.Thats why instead of ascribing leadership roles to a gender it should be to people having these qualities.
