There is a lot of debate on how language processing takes place in humans, e.g., how do we incorporate the meaning of individual words into sentences, do we carefully process sentences or do we settle on “good enough” interpretations, can bridging inferences improve reading skills as much as elaborative inferences, etc. Choose one or more of these debates (or others) and discuss.

We as humans communicate throgh different ways. And as time is passing are modes are chamging, people are talking in slangs which are not some real words but are made and communicate using them such as YOLO, OOTD etc. Texting is a big part of today's world especially the younger generation, we tend to communicate using texts all the time but by using them we are losing are touch with the proper vocabulary, grammar and essence of the language.

Now we communicate but the sentences doesn't really make sense we just use them to fill the gaps of the sentences as far as other person is understanding.

Thus, yes, we are settling for 'good enough' and compromising the true authenticity of the language and losing touch with it.
