According to Max Weber, rational behavior includes the way in which people behave in a manner where ideas lead to control of actions. For example, when the dignity of an individual is lost, they become devoid of feelings and meaning and does not remain as concrete beings. Hence, it can be seen that social actions play a major role in governing behavior and ideas lead to the development of these actions.
