NewCo Company Statement of Work (SOW) for NOMO Inc.Online Training Module

Introduction:
The NewCo Company is contracting NOMO Inc. to design and develop a 1-hour training module for new employee orientation.
Purpose:
This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort and deliverables required from NOMO Inc. (hereafter known as Subcontractor) by the NewCo Company (hereafter known as Buyer) for the Online Training Module.
Scope: The Subcontractor will design and develop a 1-hour online training module for the buyer’s new employee orientation program. The 1-hour online training program should be web-based so the buyer can make manual changes if the need arises in the future. The online module will contain instructional graphics, audio, and flash animations.

Project Schedule: The 1-hour training program needs to be completed in eight (8) months. The final deliverables, to be given to the subcontractor at the end of the timeline, include:
• One DVD containing the entire online training module that can be placed on our servers
• All relevant documentation, including technology installation documents, training manuals, etc.
• A final acceptance review meeting with, stakeholders from each organization, to verify the completion of the project
Acceptance Testing:
The Subcontractor shall conduct Acceptance Testing of the online training module to demonstrate that all the requirements of this SOW and specifications have been satisfied.

Grading Rubric:
-Identified appropriate individuals/human resources necessary to complete the project
-Identified appropriate non-personnel resources necessary to complete the project (technology, supplies, etc.)
-Provided an accurate time estimate that each individual will be working on the project (in hours)
-Provided an accurate dollar amount for all resources necessary to complete the project
-Indent and provide subtotal for each subcategory
-Submitted following the guidelines listed in the submission procedures portion of this document

Above is the snapshot of how the project budgeting will look like. Values have been fed only in some cells to demonstrate how the various costs will be calculated.

Budget is predefined. Actual is the total cost, which here exceeds the budget. Under(over) is the amount that exceeds the budget. In this a project budget is planned and executed. Task and Subtasks are left for appropriate task names etc.

A name given to the project is to be written beside Project Name, Project Manager's name and Start Date is to be written too.
