Cannot be agreeed with the statement. In the globalization era of business employees can be from different cultural and ethnics background. Thus it is important to drive collaborative effort from all employees which is possible only through cultural diversity acceptance and understanding.

The purpose of diversity training is basically to increase participants' cultural awareness, their basic knowledge, and communication. Diversity training have multiple benefits to an organization by helping to prevent any kind of civil rights violations, increasing the level of inclusion of different identity groups, develop synergy effect from team and most importantly to avoid conflcts. The result will gradually or over the period of time will reflect in bottom line.
