Six reasons are
• obtaining authentic feedback,
• understanding requirements for change,
• handling a rush,
• managing stress,
• controlling time
• influencing change
Out of thee six reasons managing stress and controlling time can be considered as impactful in managing organizational change.
Managing stress: Stress management is one of the impactful reasons to adopt a reactive design. Reactive structure develops strategic opportunities to nullify the persistent problems. Moreover, reactive structure develops an intervention for further possibilities of issues by reducing intense workload from employees. Reactive leadership takes time to restructure the contingency plan for my organization. Hence, it handles tough situations with timely implementation of the contingency plan.
Controlling time: Reactive structure handles management strategies by prioritizing difficulties. It allows a chain of daily activities to control schedule events. It schedules organizational tasks according to its urgency. Hence, it maintains a productive schedule and manages time as per the importance of daily organizational activities.
