What changes need to be made in higher education?

Following are the changes should be implemented in the higher education, as The higher education system should be more realistic, it should cater the needs of society and market,

• We always need young work forces in the higher education, those are quite step ahead to take challenge and keep forwarding innovative and creative approach in the Higher education system
• The next changes or update should be like work based learning, or there should be Internship or apprenticeships programs for student, which can give more implication about the practical learning
• The next changes like evaluation program should look at various aspects of student, it should consider their attitude, behavior and skills, knowledge and expertise gained, also it should focus on creating the gap analysis, so, student can know such gap and focus on improvement
• Another important change like Higher Education should consider effective learning platform with all the key resources and they should promote digital learning, there should be quiz session and others entertaining session, which can help students to fresh their mind and gain various applicable knowledge,
