The virus that form a pore in the endosomal membrane in order to release its nucleic acid into the cytoplasm are poliovirus and influenza virus. Both these virus , make a pore in the membrane of endosome and release its viral genome into the cytoplasm of the host cell. Hence, option 3 and 5 are correct.
