Various challenges are as follows:

Agility is constantly required to re invent to be able to stay technologically relevant in ever adapting world. Reconfiguring products and services is a strategic process.
A feasible agenda must be set to ensure radical success.
Innovation must be market lead and must not be confused with invention.
Routinely carrying out seminars and exercises to train staff to be able to think and work innovatively.
The process must be continuous with supportive learning method and with appropriate support structure.
Involvement of the whole team is necessary for the innovation cycle to be successful.
To accomodate new things, old ways and methods must be discontinued with minimal loss to the flow of the organisation.
Virtual connections with various digital partners is a must to survive in such a environment.
A long term investment will is also mandatory so that momentum doesn't halt due to lack of funds.
