There are many variables that play key roles in how we handle intercultural conflict. It all has a lot to do with how we were raised, our family's traditions and belief systems, attitude and behavior in the home, our religion, the environment/societies we live in

Yes, it is a true statement as the way we manage and handle intercultural conflict depends upon the environment that we were brought up in and the influences which may have developed. These inturn affect our beliefs on various cultures , which also determines cultural bias and open mindedness to diversify.
