Answer #1

The protein encodes several function based on its structure. The protein provides different function because of following properties:

* The different arrangement of amino acid in the protein provides the different kind of polypeptide. This makes the different function of protein.

* The different kind of arrangement such as the arrangement of hydrophobic and hydrophillic amino acid provides the proper interaction between them and allow the proper conformation of protein. That's why protein becomes functional in nature.

* The presence of arrangement of amino acid so that the hydrogen bond can be formed prowpely between the amino acid. This also leads to make functional form of protein.

* When the hydrophobic amino acid are found inside where as hydrophillic amino acid found outside. This also allows protein stability in the cytoplasm.

That's why structure of amino acid proteins to perform many functions.
