Motivation is one of the best method to improve the performance of employees of the organization ( sales force ) in present scenario.

Motivation can be done by various methods , like giving good remuneration, incentives , exiting gifts , appraising the sales force /employees in a proper manner etc.

Therefore the compensation (incentives, good pay scale ) is one among of all the motivation kinds.

Factors to motivate the sales force to improve the compensation mix below points are necessary.

1. Providing target based incentives, which makes the every employees to teach its target and earn more

2. Incentives or compensation based on number of project billing hours.

3.organizing the games/events to improve the sales force skills and techniques. And presenting the gifts for the won candidates.

4. Extra or double/triple allowance/incentives to sales force who supports the team on week ends/during holidays.

5.As a part of concerning towards sales force health and social values, company will provide health check up vouchers or organizing health checkup in company premises to sales force motivate in order to motivate.
