It can be seen that the way in which computers work is depended on bith and is constantly evolving and developing. It has a hugh potential to meet the need of the public. Moreover, it can also be seen that empirical observation forms that basis of rational thinking. He also explains how technology is linked with usefulness and not necessarily truth.
