In order to handle the challenges presented by international assignees MNEs can take the following steps

1. Providing comfortable pay structure to the employee so that they can sustain in that country with their family

2. Providing basic necessities like stay for the employee during the period of their stay or until they find a place to stay so that they need not suffer with their family in the other country .

3. MNEs must provide necessary training for these employees on the language and other differences they need to face in that country

4. They must also provide a guide to the employee on the weather conditions in that country so that they can prepare their family .

5. When a company is sending an employee for international assignment for a long time they need to provide facility to take their family along with them.

6. Any kind of emergency must be attended by the team so that the employee will not find it a problem to adjust in the new environment .

7. It needs to be ensured that the employee is willing to take up the assignment and can give their best for that assignment and must discuss any problems with them and try to come up with solutions accpetable to both the sides.

These strategies will help the company in taking the burden off the employee so that they can work with full concentration and give their best so that the assignment will be a success.
