We know that every workplace is plagued with stereotypical bias and therefore, it introduces a bias in our everyday decision-making abilities. For us, being able to identify the stereotypes and being aware of its presence can allow us to recognize that we are all human beings with differences of understanding, abilities, flaws, and skills and therefore, lets us make our objectives clearer. With a clear goal in place, every decision-making process becomes valued, the correct datasets can be collected and analyzed as well as transparency can be observed in our assumptions and payoffs which would result in better decision making accountability, understanding the values or people that go well together, making the best of our abilities to remain fair at all times and work better as a singular unit intertwined with the company’s culture.
