Q1.

Answer)
Data chaos is the term that is used to denote the volume of unstructured data that is created every day in the business. The data chaos occurs when gigabytes of documents and information and the data are most often unstructured and thus this makes the document management chaos and thus this information cannot fit into the rows and columns. As the unstructured data is much much more than the structured data, thus managing data from more sources and most of the data which is unstructured is chaotic.
Some of the problems are risks which the Data Chaos can create will be:
Managing volumes of data which arrive in from more than one sources
Data which is unstructured which cannot be tacked by data management methods made for structured data
Data can be faulty or dirty and applications may not be able to manage the terabytes of irrelevant data, thus relevant information can be lost amidst such huge data
Data breaches can be another risk where the large amounts of the data spread increases the chances of the breaches.

The process and methods which can be used to combat these problems will be:
Mining the data using algorithms and process for meaningful data and insights, from the different data sources
Enabling the business process for rapid analysis of the data
Filtering and sorting the data in terms of requirement and filtering out the faulty and dirty data which should not be considered
Having systems ready for handling the huge volume of the unstructured data rather than the low volume of the structured data
Securing the data using various security mechanisms for maintaining data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality of the data.
