The eukaryotic genomic DNA is larger than prokaryotic DNA and hence to replicate the DNA of eukaryotes, the cell uses different sites of replication i.e. replicons. Bacterial DNA has only one replicon i.e. the whole DNA. Helicase enzyme is present in eukaryotes too. Bacterial DNA also uses Okazaki fragments to replicate itself. Therefore, option c is the correct answer.
