Now as they have improved the following things the GBD of have reduced.
They include
✓ increased female education
✓ increased pateint acceptance of medical care
✓ family spacing (gap between children)
✓ improved obstetrics services
✓ improve in socioeconomic condition
✓ shift from home delivery to hospital delivery
✓ use of contraceptive (have reduced unwanted pregnancy hence the rate of misscarriage and the effect of those on female health, beacuse when a misscarriage is not reported to a Heath care provider this may lead to the poisoning to the female body, hence when reported to a health care provider they will take required measures based on the duration of pregnancy)
