21) True. An adult tapeworm has a knoblike head or scolex which are equipped with hooks for attaching to the intestinal wall of host, neck region and a series of flat, rectangular body segments or proglottis which are generated by neck.

The chain of proglottis may reach the length of 4.6-6.1 metre.

22) Cnidarians generally have 2 body forms: polyp and Medusa, both of which often occur within the life cycle of single cnidarian.

In Scyphozoans, Medusa form is larger and better known than polyp form.
