1.Inefficient laws to protect whistleblowers:- There may be many laws which protect whistleblowers but in reality they are not allowed to continue in same organization.
2.Lack of enthusiasm among whistleblowers- Whistleblowers are not enthusiastic about their job. Rather, they support senior management in ways to allow frauds.
3. Ill treatment in company:- Person who whistleblows are generally treated differently. For example, if someone whose promotion is due and whistleblows, then chances of his promotion is very slim.
4. Misuse of whistleblowing: There are circumstances when people report fake whistle blowing to get personal favor.
