Answer #1

Answer - As per the doctrine of notice of the law of equity, If a person was asserting his ownership on a property with the previous owner but the law disregarded his assertion and the property was transferred to the new owner, then the person can assert his claim over the property on the new owner of the property also. That means that the claim can be asserted on the previous as well as the new owner even if the law dis regarded the claim for the previous owner.
