Subordinates are the person who is having the authority to control others within the organization. A good leader must evaluate the circumstances in which they should use their power, they should exercise judgment that should be appropriate and the form of power they meet and share. For some subordinates, their power is a weakness sign due to underperforming teams. subordinates' power should focus on people towards trust and empower people to make them do their job.
