In this method it calculate the early start and early finish time.	The team task is focused to complete the project.	It is software where it documents the project and ensures to complete the same.	Focus on individual tasks to complete the project.
Track on critical tasks of the projects.	Focus on particular tasks in the project.	The resource, cost allocation etc would be focused to minimise the risk in the project through agile methods.	Multitasking is done in the project.

I would choose Critical Path Method, the reasons are provided below:
