Lose the bond to Na, and instead give the oxygen a negative charge, Sodium (being a metal) doesn't form covalent bonds, it forms ionic ones, but it asks you to omit Na+ ions from your answer.

If that doesn't work (Or that program doesn't allow you to put in charges) then you can make it an OH, but the charged version should be more correct in those basic conditions.
