Ans: I agree with the idea that teamwork is the ability to work together towards common vision. Teamwork involves insight from different domain of expertise. There might be specialist from different domain who can contribute in different fields as an expert. For ex: A team might has someone who is very creative, someone who is very good with analytics, someone who has very good interpersonal skills. Their expertise can be used in relevant fields to make the project successful.
Individual accomplishments can be directed towards organisational objectives by aligning individual goals along with organisational goals. An organisation can make very aggressive goal but if individuals doesn't find any benefit in it then it is difficult to attain the organisational goal. Organisational goal should be broken down in small individual goals and same should be aligned along with individual targets.
Team should also carry strong motive to attain an objective. Leader plays an important role in motivating the team members and bringing them together. Team members should find ease at workplace. They should be confident to put forward their opinion. They should also be encouraged to give feedback and participate. All these factors combining together brings fuel in the performance and leads to extraordinary result.
