Yes, poverty does matter to the individual. When a person earns income which is below the threshold level then it means he/she is living under poverty. When a person is living under poverty he is living an indescent condition without proper nutrition consumption, and basic necessity. Moreover, due to the lack of proper resources he is struck under the vicious circle because he is not able to afford education or unable to spend money for improving his health condition which further pushes him in poverty. Additionally the person who is living under poverty lives with high stress and trauma which affect his behavior as well. Apart from this it violates the fundamental right of a person living with dignity and descency. The descendants of poverty family has to go with a lot of stress from the early days of childhood because they lack education aspect and has to engage in child labor. This early engagement of child in job hinders the mental growth of a person which makes it difficult for him to attain the maximum growth
