The input arguments of the function are: waveguide transverse dimensions, a and b, relative permittivity and permeability of the guide dielectric, εr and μr, conductivity and relative permeability of the guide conductor, σ and μrc, and operating frequency of the waveguide, f (in general, f is a vector of frequencies).
