Phase coefficient of a rectangular waveguide. Write a function phaseCoeffWaveguide() in MATLAB that calculates the phase coefficient β of a rectangular waveguide, Fig.11.1, given by Eq.(11.2), with the following input arguments: the intrinsic phase velocity of the waveguide dielectric, c [Eq.(7.6)], operating frequency of the waveguide, f, and cutoff frequency of the waveguide for a particular mode, f_c.
