The question to consider in the final stages of this module is the relationship of technology to war, and whether, when we try to understand ourselves and our history, we are paying enough attention to this relationship? This might sound like a simple question, but it may contain a concept central to our understanding of civilization. By considering technology as secondary to strategy, politics, economic structures, military strategies, etc.: 1 Are we dismissing a vital piece of the puzzle? Does technology follow, or lead? If it leads, are we moving forward blindly, and ill prepared to deal with the kind of future we are fashioning for ourselves with our own tools? 2 Think of a line of theoretical understanding or "Wisdom," and a line of "technical know how." Do you think they are in balance in our time, and if not, how much have ignoring technology's position and effects that lead us in new directions been problems in our educational and leadership institutions?

Answer #1

Technology is leading mankind in new direction. The most important thing to notice is that people should lead and technology should follow but here going in opposite directions people are running after technology.

The main reason for that is we are living in a modern world where people are having an attitude that they should also do what others do.

Always war and technology have a relationship which will be directly proportional to each other. The more we improve in technology the more devasting effects we can see in war. For istainst take the nuclear bombing on Hiroshima and Nagasaki where until than nobody knows what is a nuclear after those bombings other countries also started developing nuclear technology.

I am not saying technology is always having negative effects but I want to say that technology falling in wrong hands will create problem to human lfe.

Government should understand that any improvement in technology will not only be in the hands of good people but also in the hands of bad people. So they used see even improvement in technology should be restricted and there should be a balance with time.

Example: There is an instance where 5g network tests killed so many birds where we don't require a 5g technology right now.

Technology not only have good effects on education institutions but also had effects where people are knowing about violence at a very early age and getting attracted towards it Technology not only lead us to new directions where we don't its consequences but also if anything goes wrong will leads us to go back in time and start from out ancestors.
