Answer: The limited training opportunities for current public health workers is one of the factors which influences the public health workforce. This causes lack of operating ability of the workers. This also reduces the quality of care provided to the clients. This also increases risk of poor outcomes. The quality of care reduces due to lack of training. This can be overcome by introducing the budget specially for the training purpose.

It is important to train staff for better outcome so the budget should contain a specific amount for the training of the staff members. The recruitment should be done for the staffs whose stability can be assumed in the organization and training should be given for them. This will reduce the burden to train new staff everytime.
