Answer #1

Answer:The Donabedian's theory of quality assurance use for quality evaluation and improvement. It can be used for management of the chronic disease. The clinical quality improvement as well balancing the outcomes.

This theory is not sufficient for evaluation as the strong benchmarking is required for it. The major challenge is to evaluate the patient and provider relationships.

So, in most of the cases this model can not be fit for the evaluation in the healthcare settings. It requires strong evidence for the support of the evaluation.
