1. ( MDIR"03) [CLU-S3] While working in an organisation it is your responsibility to do work ethically. Discuss how you will maintain and manage ethics in your workplace?

Ethics are moral guidelines followed to comply with state and federal laws, apart from having own standards of code of conduct.

To maintain and manage ethics at workplace, following elements need be taken into consideration:

1. Integrity: By being honest towards work one can keep strong presence and and be judged trustworthy by people working around.
2. Quality Emphasis: By emphasizing on quality one can actually create and keep a good culture, so instead of just being timely but without maintaining proper standard of work one should try emphasis on being effective first and then try to be efficient along side.
3. Professional Behaviour: Only qualification does not make a person professional, professionalism is an integral part of work ethics and is a separate study as code of conduct along side various applied skills in different streams. Same needs to be kept in mind while conducting everyday affairs.
4. Discipline: One should be punctual and serious towards work. Also decorum of office should be kept maintained.
5. Responsibility: One should be able and willing to cater to responsibility awarded and should give it utmost importance.
6. Team Play: Organizations are teams and one should have a proper team player attitude and team goals should be given more priority than individual goals.
7. Prioritization: One should be able to prioritize as per Organizational goals. And those goals should be of utmost importance and be a guiding force towards responsibility disbursements et al.
