Nurses are knowing their own efficient and intuitive decision makingprocess.we are more effortful and deliberate in decision makimgprocess.we know their limits in decision making related to professional judgement.it will enhance to us for maintain good IPR, PROMOTE patient care.nurses decision are direct impact on well being of the patient .It was involved in cognitive process of nurses in decision making with campination of evidence based practice.it was unique process in NURSING care , pre existing pathological condition and experimental learning.it show the nurse skills and professionalism in patient care
