Philosophy helps nurses to think more critically and reflect on how their own values influence their practice and way of being. A better understanding of the importance of philosophy in the nurses' world is not only relevant but vital to our discipline and professional practice. New experiences and knowledge has always helped me to enhance and improve my philosophy of nursing in positive way .

Self reflection is looking into one's own self character and thoughts . Are they right or wrong , according to ethics , morla etc . It helps an individual to transform oneself , it can be either positive way or negative way depending upon their self thoughts and character .

Change is a difficult task for everyone , making a decision to change either be in personal or professional life is a motivated and dedicated initiative which helps the person to keep on going ahead in life and learn lifelong ,as it makes the individual built to deal with different circumstances.
