Answer: Making decision: The one of most difficult task in the nursing practice is making decisions. The nurse has to make a right decision at right time. It is necessary as Nurses are involved in taking care of patients and they mainly focus on the quality of care being provided to the patients.

The nurse act during the caring of the patients and they apply their knowledge as well as evidence based practice. The use of evidence based practice in the healthcare provides nurses a basic platform to enhance their critical thinking skills.
