Natural Sciences
The natural science deals with the nature of a job or its designation.There is wage gap when it comes to STEM job of a women.They are paid less when compared to a male of same job
History
If an individual comes from a specific ethnicity or a culture and has a age old tradition of doing a job from their ancestors tend to continue it.For instance a sanitation worker is given the same type of work which their parents did.Women's are important in keeping environment clean but they are paid less
Humanities
The people in most of the cases or segregated on the basis of race,culture.This is the way how an employer react to different gender. They are salaried onnthe basis of human feelings and thoughts.
