Positive reinforcement and communicating good feedback helps motive and sets apart a good leader from a boss. Agree or disagree? why or why not?
True. While a boss may appear unpleasant, harsh and at times
against the interests of the employee, especially during pressure
situations or while taking a tough decision, a good leader will try
to handle these things differently.
Positive Reinforcement helps boost the morale of all the employees,
more so if the employee has been a poor performer, as it relieves
him of his psychological distress, improves his motivation level,
and help the employee appreciate the brighter side, i.e. the
strengths of his own performance.
Communicating good feedback, also helps all employees, as it
enables them to plug the holes in their performance, as there
always is a certain room of improvement.
