Participation in government by conflicting internal and external individuals and groups is inconsistent with accountability, professionalism, rationality, and strong leadership. Describe the tensions between participation and each of these conflicting values.
In a Government , Participation is sort after and desirable , but still a conflict arises between individual and groups because they have different perceptions. So, When try to serve one's interest , due to this conflict arises because individual and groups mainly have conflicting interest , and serving one of the interest results in working against another. when this happens the integrity is lost and these group and individual mainly becomes inconsistent with the accountability due to participation by conflicting interest ,professionalism, rationality, and strong leadership.
Professionalism - Is mainly the skill expected from a individual who can be called professional. Attributes related which are necessary in case of professionalism is ethics and reliability.
Loss of ethics and reliability happens when there is conflicting individuals and groups who are participating in the government.
Rationality - when you want to make a choice and chose the best option which you like is known as rationality.
Which is not present , when conflicting individual and groups exist. Actions which are made are not based on logic in this scenario because the behaviour towards each other is negative mostly.
Accountability - it is accepting responsibility towards your job and duty. One of the duties in government is to serve others .
And when conflict exist between individual and group then the duties are followed correctly and lose focus.
Strong Leadership - Strong leadership consist of individual or group who can solve problem effectively and efficiently , support others and goal oriented.
This lacks in case where there is conflict between the individual and group (internal and external) who are participating in the government.

Organized medicine had a crucial role in shaping the major institutions of American health care, including private...
