Curd	One bowl of rice with potato and pulses mix meal. Mix grain chapati and curd.	Well cooked mixed vegetables and salad. Whole grain chapati and one bowl of rice.	Paneer or tofu salad with steamed rice ans pulses.	Green vegetables including lettice or spinach with whole grain chapati. A bowl of rice and two portion of pulses	Rawa idli with sambhar. Curd and vegetable salad.
